We have our own working facility which is compliant to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), and our associates work to maintain organic zone free of contamination from facilities at all times.

What is the Return Policy?

How to initiate a return?
A return can be initiated by emailing us at returns@livingcocoon.com. Please share your order number (on upper right side of your order confirmation email) in the subject area.
What to do if my product is defective?
A limited lifetime warranty is offered on all our products that cover manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective product please email us at care@livingcocoon.com along with images of the defect and your order number (on upper right side of your order confirmation email).
